Rajiv Uttamchandani
Founder
Rajiv Uttamchandani, the Founder of ORGANICON, is a theoretical physicist, human rights activist, professor, and entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Chairman of the International STEM Society for Human Rights, an organization which uses modern science and technology to address gender-based violence. Some of Rajiv’s humanitarian initiatives include the H.E.R. Academy virtual school for refugees which recently commenced its classes for Rohingya adolescent youth, and the H.E.R. Rescue technology platform used by law enforcement agencies in tackling modern day slavery. As a physicist, Rajiv’s research interests lie in exploring connections between superstring theory, quantum field theory, and cosmology. He seeks to formulate new mathematical structures and tools whereby quantum field theories and string theory may be extended and transformed into a single mathematical framework.
Franco Sama

Independent feature film producer Franco Sama boasts a remarkable and extensive history in public speaking and public relations, as well as over two decades of experience in independent film development, production, and financing.
Sama is a proud member of the Producers' Guild of America (PGA) and the former Chair of its Events Committee.
He has Executive Produced and produced/co-produced an impressive array of over thirty (30) independent feature films, including, most notably, the hilariously dark comedy, "Guns, Girls and Gambling," starring Gary Oldman, Christian Slater, and Dane Cook, which acquired a distribution deal from Universal Home Entertainment.

Sama is an equity owner and North American Partner of the Sydney, Australia-based company, “Greenlight Entertainment Group”, where he serves as the company’s Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).
In 2026, Sama partnered with Rajiv Uttamchandani as a Co-Founder of ORGANICON, leveraging his public platform as an independent film producer to raise awareness of the regenerative and organic food industry, in the ongoing effort to make a healthier lifestyle more sustainable and affordable.
